Continuous improvement
Unox started its activities in 1990 with a handcrafted production processes. In 1995, thanks to the success gained in the market, we started to organise our industrial production, adopting the traditional model based on large manufacturing lots.
2004 was the year in which the conversion to lean production methods started, first on a single production line SpidoCook⢠and, thereafter, in all others.
By the extraordinary results in terms of production and assembly, quality, elimination of waste, reduction of error margins and punctual delivery, Unox has been encouraged to extend the production process beyond, to all of its business partners and suppliers, in an incessant striving continuous improvement technique.
