What is it for


In gastronomy cookings, specifically on browning and grilling of meat, the DRY.Plus technology allows the closing of the pores on the external surfaces, preserving the product by weight loss and less intense flavors.
Baking using DRY.Plus technology allows the user to obtain a dry and well structured products, characterised by a crisp and crumbly outer surface.

How DRY.Plus works


The DRY.Plus technology combines the presence of dry air in the cooking chamber with the expulsion of humidity by one or more chimneys. DRY.Plus is the perfect complement to the use of STEAM.Plus in the management of humidity inside the cooking chamber.
