Rotor.KLEAN™ is the automatic washing system for Unox ovens, easily operable from the ChefTouch control panel.
What is it for
Rotor.KLEAN™ is the Unox patented automatic wash system that provides maximum hygiene and food safety in the cavity effectively eliminating troublesome manual cleaning operations.
Just select the desired wash cycle and the oven will clean itself, automatically, either during a shift or when the kitchen is unattended, without any supervision from the user.
With consumption of the detergent and rinse reduced to a minimum by using an automated delivery system ,Unox guarantees the result is a perfect hygienic cleanse of the oven, lower costs and, last but not least, a greater value for the environment.
How Rotor.KLEAN™ works
With Rotor.KLEAN™ it is possible to select a wash cycle that is “correct” according to the type and quantity of soiling in the cavity. The cleaning is provided to all points of the cavity, even in those not visible.
Most importantly using Rotor.KLEAN™ guarantees consistency during roasting and baking, where soiling of the oven chamber would affect the results and the efficiency of the oven over time.
Complying to our NON-STOP Efforts program, the use of chemical products is reduced to a minimum.
